Do you offer free shipping?
Yes—every order includes free standard shipping with no minimum.
How long does processing & delivery take?
Most items are made to order. Typical processing is 2–4 business days (longer during holidays). Orders include tracking via standard carriers. You’ll receive an email when your package ships.
What is your return policy?
Because each product is custom-made, all sales are final. If your item arrives damaged or defective, we’ll replace it or issue store credit—contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We can usually help within a short window after purchase. Message us ASAP with your order number—once production begins, changes/cancellations aren’t guaranteed.
Do you offer personalization or custom requests?
Select items can be personalized. If you have a special request, reach out and we’ll let you know what’s possible.
Gift orders & packing slips
Prices are never printed on packing slips. You can add a gift note during checkout.
Care instructions
Mugs & drinkware: hand wash recommended to preserve vibrancy; microwave safe unless otherwise noted.
Apparel & textiles: wash cold, inside-out; tumble dry low or hang dry.
